KLCC - Lockdown

It was 5.30 pm and I was in the midst of meeting with my Manager on my 2012 KPI etc and suddenly we saw a group of people with so much cash and many bags walking in. My manager felt like something was wrong so she stopped our discussion and headed to the banking area and over-looked what was going on.

Those people were from Chinoz on The Park, banking in ALL the cash in their restaurant cause the kitchen just caught on fire. And suddenly a collogue of mine came running in saying "everyone evacuate!!! evacuate!!" . No one responded. Well duh!! We had to keep the money in safe and we had customers (them) in the midst of transaction.

After half and hour which was 6pm , then only we evacuated and guess what!! We were the LAST to walk out of KLCC and everyone was already gathered in front of Tiffany's and LV and securities were blocking the entrance until it was announced safe.

We were all stuck outside for a good half hour. And us? Lucky we managed to grab all our personal belongings before evacuating. However, I thought of going home since we were stranded outside BUT due to the rushing and all, I forgot to change my super high heals to my flats. And hell no was I gonna walk all the way to Ampang Park with heals.

No  one was hurt or what so ever. Wanna know the news in a more newsie tone? Read the article below courtesy of The Malaysian Insider
